Job Summary

Own the marketing voice and revenue-facing narrative by shaping strategy, partnerships, and campaigns that align with risk/compliance requirements and scale through channels, events, and ecosystem partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, content pipeline, and brand positioning
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice, core narratives, and targeted messaging across key audience segments
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives with partners and distributors
  • Drive content strategy across digital channels, including social, website, and thought leadership
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to amplify brand awareness and ecosystem growth
  • Plan and deliver high-impact events and industry engagements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (including SCB CABM, product, risk, and compliance) to ensure alignment
  • Establish marketing processes, governance frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability and execution
  • Proactively manage reputational risk, media engagement, and compliance with regulatory and conduct standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, media, or related fields
  • Proven experience in regulated financial institutions, listed companies, and/or digital asset environments
  • Strong track record in managing multi-stakeholder collaborations, including co-marketing campaigns and events
  • Experience leading execution through in-house teams and/or external agencies
  • Solid understanding of media platforms, digital channels, and content strategies
  • Strong judgement, organization, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive, and resilient attitude
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; native Cantonese preferred
