Responsibilities
- Marketing & Social Media
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of crews, equipment, projects, and company activities.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and other marketing content.
- Assist in developing and implementing creative marketing and advertising strategies.
- Identify opportunities to increase local brand awareness and community engagement.
- Help promote company services, events, accomplishments, and community involvement.
- Maintain organized digital libraries of marketing photos and videos.
- Community Outreach & Brand Representation
- Represent Brush Hog Tree Care at community events, trade shows, fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Assist with event preparation, setup, breakdown, and promotional material distribution.
Requirements
- Creative, outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Ability to capture quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform both marketing and physical, hands-on tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and equipment washing.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
- Experience in marketing, social media, photography, or content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic video editing applications.
- Experience coordinating events or community outreach.
- Knowledge of the tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor service industries.
