Own and drive monthly content across social, email, and web while coordinating marketing projects from concept to completion and ensuring brand consistency.

Utilize Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Squarespace

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain monthly content calendars
Create and schedule social media content
Build and distribute monthly email newsletters
Organize project photos and videos into a searchable content library
Write blogs, project spotlights, case studies, and marketing copy
Assist with Squarespace website updates
Support trade shows, company announcements, and marketing campaigns
Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Requirements

Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience with Canva
Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email platforms
Experience with Squarespace
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
Google Ads experience is a plus

Preferred

Photography or video editing
B2B marketing
Construction, industrial, engineering, or trade-related industries
