DYNACHRG INC

DynaChrg is a technology company delivering intelligent, grid-aware EV charging and energy management platforms for Charge Point Operators (CPOs), fleets, and energy-intensive properties. Our software-defined platform enables organizations to deploy and operate EV charging infrastructure at scale while optimizing energy costs, managing grid constraints, and maintaining reliable operations across multi-site environments. DynaChrg is built with a grid-first architecture that treats EV charging as a dynamic energy asset, not a static load.At the core of DynaChrg is EVES (Electric Vehicle Energy Solutions) — an enterprise-grade platform that unifies EV charging control, energy optimization, and financial operations into a single system. EVES supports advanced load management, demand response, transaction processing, and multi-tenant, role-based control for complex charging networks.DynaChrg’s energy intelligence is powered by Distributed Dynamic Energy Charging (DDEC), a real-time orchestration technology that dynamically balances charging demand, site capacity, pricing signals, and grid conditions across chargers, sites, and portfolios. This capability enables higher utilization, lower energy costs, and grid-aligned charging behavior without overbuilding electrical infrastructure.Through Gridfy, DynaChrg extends grid intelligence beyond individual sites, enabling smart load balancing, peak management, and demand-side optimization in coordination with utility systems and energy stakeholders. In addition to platform software, DynaChrg supports flexible deployment models for commercial properties, fleets, and multi-site operators, simplifying EV infrastructure rollout while preserving long-term operational efficiency.DynaChrg is built for organizations that require more than basic charger monitoring — delivering a utility-grade foundation for scalable electrification and intelligent energy infrastructure.
