Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services
- Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales
- Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
