Own cross functional communications and project execution, balancing timelines, budgets, and messaging for multiple business lines.
- Own project management and status reporting across initiatives, coordinating deadlines and budgets.
- Shape internal and external communications and sales materials to align with brand and timelines.
- Drive digital communications optimization and analytics to improve reach and impact.
Job Description
- Participates in a range of project management assignments to support the Manager
- Develops and update timelines and status reports for all projects
- Writes drafts of internal and external communications
- Oversees the development, edits manuscripts and layouts for sales promotional materials within the specifications and timelines required for all business lines.
- Develops strategies to optimize digital communications and platforms, including analytics
- Supports national tradeshow and event programs
- Works with outside agencies for communication material and services.
- Assists in strategic development, production positioning and corporate messaging.
- Prepares basic creative promotional material for selected programs.
- Administers the processing of invoices and maintain budget updates
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, communications and marketing,
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools, management/measurement tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and personalize customer experiences
- Knowledge of field staff sales operations and an understanding of the healthcare and medical device landscape is highly desirable.
