Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and publish social media content across relevant platforms
• Assist with photography, video, graphic design, and other marketing materials
• Help plan and execute promotions, events, community outreach, and member engagement campaigns
• Maintain UForce’s marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule
• Assist with email, text, and other member communication campaigns
• Track marketing activity and results to identify opportunities for improvement
• Help maintain consistent UForce branding across digital and physical marketing materials
• Provide administrative and organizational support to UForce leadership
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and follow-up items
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other business materials

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, administration, executive assistance, social media, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing platforms
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• A genuine interest in fitness, health, business, marketing, or community building
