Responsibilities

• Recruiting creators and affiliates every day — outreach, pitching, sample seeding, and closing them into our program
• Managing the roster like a sales pipeline: tracking who actually sells, cutting who doesn't, and keeping winners paid and motivated
• Launching and growing our TikTok Shop, from product listings to promotions to live campaigns
• Briefing creators on what to shoot and getting the best UGC into our ads
• Reporting your numbers weekly: sales, active sellers, earnings per click

Requirements

• Hungry and driven, fast learner
• You've sold something — retail, door-to-door, a side hustle, cold DMs, anything where you had to pitch and hear no. Tell us about it
• Active on TikTok and creator culture; making content yourself is a real plus
• Resourceful, figures things out instead of waiting to be told
• Strong writer and communicator
• Comfortable with technology and AI tools, or eager to get there fast
• Low ego and high output, no task is beneath them
• Local to Delray Beach, or able to be on-site full-time
• Potential and drive matter more than résumé or degree. Recent grads and career changers are encouraged to apply
