  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data flows and technical needs

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle strategy: Contribute to lifecycle marketing strategy across a variety of journeys and campaigns — assisting with timelines, coordinating with stakeholders and teammates, and helping drive campaigns to completion.
  • Assist with campaign launch communications and support performance follow-ups — translating results into clear takeaways for the next iteration.
  • Help maintain up-to-date journey maps across assigned projects — tracking creative changes, subject lines, and snapshot data.
  • Testing and experimentation: Partner on test-and-learn plans across a variety of lifecycle & behavioral journeys, helping analyze results and surface insights to optimize targeting and personalization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and evolving best practices to ensure campaigns are always improving and informed by what's working across the landscape.
  • Technical environment & ways of working: Operate within a highly technical organization where deep data fluency is expected — you should know your data inside and out.
  • Build an understanding of how data flows into Iterable via our data warehouse or custom events, and partner with Product and Engineering as needed on technical requirements over time.
  • Bring a natural curiosity to problem-solving, proactively catching errors and discrepancies before they impact performance.
  • Data & analytics: Support data investigations and assist team members with QA across Tableau, Iterable, and Amplitude — helping resolve underlying data issues and flagging discrepancies to the team as needed.
  • Stay close to program-level data, regularly monitoring month-over-month and year-over-year trends to understand the health of key metrics — surfacing insights that help the team prioritize where to focus time and effort.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing, with a strong foundation in campaign management, content strategy, and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • A dynamic and critical thinker who is detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You communicate your ideas with clarity and are comfortable presenting findings and wins to your team and cross-functional partners.
  • Good project management instincts, with experience collaborating across multiple departments to help execute projects.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment, you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can advocate for—and adopt— new marketing solutions as needed.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decision making
  • Must have experience working within marketing automation software such as Iterable or Braze
  • BA/BS required
