We’re currently hiring a Marketing Associate who is ready to contribute immediately and grow into a team leader and campaign manager. This role is designed for growth and progression. We promote from within and provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience needed to develop future leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and manage client marketing and promotional campaigns

• Build strong relationships with customers and partners

• Represent client brands in face-to-face marketing environments

• Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for growth

• Collaborate with leadership on campaign strategy and execution

• Help mentor and support newer team members

Ideal Background

• 1–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, brand promotions, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working toward performance targets or campaign goals

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments

• Interest in leadership development and career growth
