Job Summary

Owns early stage product development work by integrating market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to shape the EoC portfolio and inform go/no-go decisions; drives cross-functional product discussions with a customer voice and supports milestone-driven NPD marketing projects.

Job Description

- Support the development and execution of EoC portfolio strategy by supporting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering - Assist in the development of business cases for new product introductions, contributing data analysis and market findings that inform go/no-go decisions - Help represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional product development discussions, supporting the Director in requirements definition and stakeholder alignment - Support marketing deliverables for NPD projects and own/manage discrete, defined marketing projects with increasing independence over time - Partner with cross functional project teams to ensure NPD milestones are met on time - Maintain and track project documentation, timelines, and deliverables across active product development initiatives - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required - 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field; Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required - Experience supporting cross-functional projects or initiatives, with some exposure to business case development or product launch processes — and a desire to grow into owning these workstreams independently - Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship - Healthcare industry experience preferred - Familiarity with the end-to-end product development lifecycle and basic market research methodologies; healthcare industry experience a plus, but a curiosity about customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics is a must - Intellectually curious, with a desire to understand the "why" behind the business and grow into strategic marketing responsibilities - Medical & prescription drug coverage - Dental / Vision plan - 401(k) savings plan with company match - Basic and supplemental life insurance - Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - Short- and long-term disability benefits - Health Advocacy Program / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Many other voluntary benefit plans and perks such as: Legal assistance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident coverage, discounted home/auto/rental insurance, employee discounts and pet insurance, tuition assistance, referral bonus program, paid parental leave, a health club rebate program and more - Sick leave, generous vacation and holiday time, paid parental leave, summer hours, flex place/flex time options
