Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and boost sales
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while effectively promoting products and services
• Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales
• Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
