Marketing Associate, North America Foodservice - Campus Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Run the Business: Partner with Sales to deliver the P&L through demand generation, commercial spend oversight, cost management, and revenue growth. You will leverage data and insights to understand operator needs & preferences and translate them into a competitive landscape.
• Build the Brand & Business: Support the development and execution of key marketing strategies across B2B stakeholders — involving operator empathy and understanding, targets, product position, and value proposition. This includes leading ideas across the 4Ps.
• Lead Teams: Begin building the skill sets to lead teams. Build relationships with cross functional partners to inspire creative execution. Navigate a complex matrix, create solutions that drive results, while also working through uncertainty and constant change.

Requirements

• Open to all majors
• December 2026 or Spring 2027

Preferred

• Business, Communications, Marketing and Liberal Arts majors preferred.
• Foodservice or Hospitality Experience a plus.
• Strong academic record
• Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
• Exemplary people, technical, and process leadership ready to take initiative and add value to their team
