About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive and motivated Entry Level - Marketing Associate to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build their skills while working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
• Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, documentation and reports
• Track project progress and update stakeholders on key milestones
• Help identify project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time
• Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well as part of a team and build relationships with stakeholders
• Basic understanding of project management principles
