Job Summary

Own content and asset coordination for a marketing operations function, ensuring on‑brand, on‑time materials across emails, blogs, social, and events while tracking basic performance and enabling cross‑functional campaigns.

  • Content Operations: Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content and maintain brand-aligned website and social assets.
  • Campaign Readiness: Schedule deliverables, approvals, and quality checks to keep campaigns on track and compliant with guidelines.
  • Measurement & Tools: Collect basic metrics from GA/Hootsuite/CRM dashboards and surface improvement opportunities for future campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread marketing content, including emails, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, presentations, and campaign materials
  • Update and maintain website content and social media channels in alignment with brand and messaging guidelines
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables, timelines, and feedback with marketing managers and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, shared drives, and version control to ensure accessibility and accuracy
  • Apply brand standards and perform quality checks to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and ready for distribution
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns across client programs and organizational initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather content, inputs, and approvals for campaign deliverables
  • Track and follow up on tasks and deliverables to ensure timelines and campaign schedules are met
  • Compile and analyze basic marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or CRM platforms, and sharing within the marketing dashboard, and assist with identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, events, or campaigns, including registrations, materials, and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field required
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications, supporting campaign execution, content development, or digital channels
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple deliverables and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience updating and managing social media channels and website content
  • Knowledge & Skills Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to support content development and coordination activities
  • Working knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems (Hootsuite, Hubspot, LinkedIn dashboard) to support campaign execution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and program staff Clear written and verbal communication skills to support coordination, content development, and team collaboration

Preferred

  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing or communications initiatives in a collaborative environment
  • Experience or exposure to mission-driven or technical industries (e.g., clean energy, sustainability, or public programs)
  • Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, CRM reports) to support campaign tracking and reporting
