Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Support the management of social media advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and generate qualified leads.
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through social media and follow-up communication.
• Welcome customers visiting our showroom with a friendly, professional attitude and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with the sales team to help convert online inquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and local marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Major in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Chinese proficiency is required.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and confident interacting with customers both online and in person.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
