Job Summary
Own the frontline marketing support stack by leading social content, events, and patient-facing interactions to drive local momentum and smooth scheduling with the admin team.
- Social & Content: Create thoughtful social posts that reflect the practice and engage patients.
- Events & Community: Organize 18-20 marketing events per year and manage on-site participation.
- Referral & Experience: Organize referral gifts and greet patients warmly at checkout to encourage scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Creating creative, thoughtful social media posts
- Organizing, preparing for, and executing 18-20 marketing events per year
- Organizing and delivering referral gifts
- Engaging with patients in a warm, friendly manner as they check-out
- Helping patients schedule their next appointment
- Writing and returning emails in a professional, timely manner
- Collaborating with our admin team on a daily basis
Requirements
- No experience required- we are willing to train the right person!
- Able to work 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday) and in-person at marketing events; alternating at our Western Springs and Lemont locations.
