Job Summary

Support marketing operations and cross-team collaboration to standardize processes, produce collateral, and coordinate events while aligning with the broader marketing strategy.

Operations & Collaboration: unify marketing processes across internal teams and drive consistency in messaging and materials.
Content & Materials: organize and create project sheets, collateral, and proposal content to support campaigns and bids.
Research & Outreach: conduct market research, vendor prequalifications, event discovery, and conference/award coordination to expand opportunities.

Job Description

Support marketing team members
Collaborate with teams and members within same marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures
Collaborate with teams and members in other marketing departments on special projects
Promote branding best practices
Maintaining, writing, creating , and organizing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral
Support project team throughout the proposal process including research and development, production, and delivery
Complete and update prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requests
Assist with identifying, tracking , and coordinating conferences, event planning, industry , and award opportunities
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
Conduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activities
Assist with maintaining and updating database

High School diploma or GED required; BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
1 year of sales or marketing experience preferred, experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction would be a plus
