Job Summary
Own the content and social engagement engine for campus marketing, turning CE research and events into timely materials and social programs that drive audience interaction.
- Content & Publications: Research, write, and publish materials for the Continuing Education Division and coordinate publications with College Relations.
- Social & Engagement: Create interactive social content and manage daily posting and follower interaction across platforms.
- Web & Events Coordination: Update the department site, support campus outreach, and align marketing assets with events and campaigns.
Job Description
- Assist in the research, writing and publications of original materials for the Continuing Education Division.
- Develop graphics and layouts for execution in promotional marketing materials for print and web campaigns.
- Create engaging, interactive social media content and schedule daily posts across various social media platforms.
- Closely monitor current events/industry news and post related articles. Respond quickly to comments and interact with and engage followers on social media.
- Coordinate with and submit to College Relations the timely delivery of marketing publications and support materials.
- Update the Department’s web site.
- Assist in campus outreach and special events.
- Assist with administrative and customer service support services as needed, such as answering telephones, receiving visitors to the office, general office administration and filing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
