Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Creative Development
• - Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and digital ads
• - Create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for sales, client meetings, and conferences
• - Create visual content for case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
• - Collaborate with team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• - Ensure all designs meet brand standards and maintain exceptional attention to detail
• - Recording & Editing short form videos for engaging social media campaigns
• Content & Social Media Support
• - Creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates around B2B marketing focused on large businesses
• - Coordinate with design and development teams to produce marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing for B2B services or technology company
• Proven track record of creating professional social media campaigns and marketing content
• Understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, SMM, Content Marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and attention to detail
• REQUIRED: Advanced graphic design skills using Canva
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with CRM systems preferred

Preferred

• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and social media work (required for consideration)
• Experience in marketing for B2B technology, IT services, or SaaS tech companies
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies or AI solutions marketing
• Understanding of print production and file preparation
• Experience with brand identity development and design systems
• Experience creating infographics and data visualization
