Job Summary

Coordinate external comms and content for a robotics AI startup, owning PR coordination, social media, and events while keeping messaging consistent across channels.

PR & Media: Drive coordination with agencies and media for announcements and external messaging.
Content & Social: Manage social accounts and calendar, craft posts, and track engagement for improvements.
Events & Logistics: Support planning, vendor coordination, and deliverables for industry events and conferences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support execution of company announcements including product launches and hiring updates
Coordinate with PR agencies and media contacts
Assist with drafting press materials and external messaging
Support interview scheduling and communication logistics
Maintain basic media contact lists and outreach tracking
Manage company social media accounts
Create and schedule regular posts (company updates, product insights, hiring, culture)
Maintain a consistent content calendar
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Support creation of marketing materials such as company overview decks and website content updates
