About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Managers in executing high-impact campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly. This is a fast-paced and collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves staying organized, and is hungry to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing.

As Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Managers to bring strategies to life. You’ll help manage timelines, track budgets, communicate with internal teams, and keep clients informed every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns
• Help schedule and prepare for client meetings, including drafting agendas and recaps
• Track and organize marketing deliverables, campaign deadlines, and budget allocations
• Draft and format client reports and performance summaries
• Coordinate communication between creative, advertising, and social media teams
• Proofread and QA marketing assets for quality and accuracy
• Monitor live campaigns to identify and escalate performance issues
• Research industry trends and competitors to support strategy development
• Support the creation of social media calendars, ad copy, and blog drafts when needed
• Maintain and update internal documentation, tools, and client records

Who You Are and What You Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or administrative support role (agency experience is a plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn project management tools, ad platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Proactive and flexible, with a strong sense of initiative
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
