Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial DSM programs operating across five jurisdictions.
  • Update and maintain program marketing materials and documentation.
  • Review rebate requests and coordinate submissions to the rebate processing team.
  • Manage and respond to program inbox communications.
  • Work within Salesforce to review and manage assigned tasks from different parts of the organization.
  • Communicate with project teams to gather missing documentation, invoices, or required materials.
  • Send follow-up communications and maintain clear documentation of program activities.
  • Participate in weekly product/program team meetings to review priorities, key milestones, and program progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program operations and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on project deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background or interest in the utility, energy efficiency, or regulatory environment.
  • Customer service or program coordination experience.
