• Marketing & Administrative Support
• Upload and manage daily deals, promotions, and graphics on Weedmaps and Dutchie
• Update and maintain online menus and product listings
• Assist with email marketing campaigns (compiling, formatting, scheduling)
• Organize and manage marketing assets (images, graphics, documents)
• Data Entry & Accuracy
• Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate
• Perform routine checks for errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
• Keep digital platforms aligned across multiple locations
• Team Support

Requirements

• 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or marketing support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and consistent work ethic

Preferred

• Experience with Weedmaps or Dutchie
• Familiarity with Canva, email marketing tools (Mailchimp), or social media platforms
• Interest in marketing, eCommerce, or cannabis industry
