Coordinate day-to-day social content and calendars across brands while helping turn ideas into posts, videos, and campaigns with execution support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple brands and clients.
  • Help manage and schedule content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and community engagement.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members to execute marketing projects.
  • Assist with content planning, content calendars, and campaign organization.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media features.
  • Help organize marketing assets, project files, and documentation.
  • Assist with event planning, promotions, and special marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team with various administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Photography or videography experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Previous marketing experience for a law firm is a plus but not required.
