Job Summary

Own end-to-end account ops and creative execution for client campaigns, stabilizing billing, asset specs, and vendor coordination while shaping creative assets and client communications across multiple touchpoints.

  • Manage billing, invoicing, and reconciliation to keep campaigns funded and on track.
  • Build and maintain client facing creative grids and agendas to align timelines and approvals.
  • Lead creative discussions, asset production, and on-time delivery with vendors and internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage client billing processes including invoice review and reconciliation with internal finance to ensure timely billing.
  • Create and maintain client facing creative grids outlining asset specs, run dates, due dates, and notes for clear timelines.
  • Prepare creative agendas for client meetings and drive creative discussions with recommendations and next steps.
  • Ensure all creative assets are delivered to vendors accurately and on time, managing deadlines and approvals.
  • Develop and manage creative assets for Google Ads campaigns, including headlines, descriptions, and trafficking assets like Performance Max images and videos.
  • Manage client expectations by communicating campaign status and maintaining rapport, resolving issues as needed.
  • Foster day-to-day communications and strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Execute projects with Account Director oversight, facilitating briefs, guiding external vendors, and setting client expectations for timeliness and satisfaction.
  • Manage production and projects through to completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field.
  • 1 year of Marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Project Management tools (SharePoint, Workamajig, Asana).
  • Experience with Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads campaigns (from role description).
