Job Summary

Build and govern the content engine for pursuit-driven marketing across architecture and design, balancing editorial, collateral, and digital assets while coordinating vendors and events.

  • Content production and cadence: website, social, newsletters, and PR materials
  • Asset, vendor, and CMS management: updates, libraries, CRM, and external partners
  • Pursuit support and market intel: RFQs/RFPs, client decks, and opportunity scouting

Job Description

  • Draft and produce marketing content, including website posts, social media, newsletters, press releases, awards submissions, and conference proposals
  • Maintain editorial calendars and publish approved content across platforms (website, social media, email)
  • Develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in the preparation of RFQs/RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
  • Conduct market and prospect research to support new business opportunities, proactively present new opportunities to leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content and materials aligned with pursuit strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date digital and printed marketing materials
  • Support website updates; create and manage content for regular posting on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Track and support awards, conferences, and other public-facing opportunities
  • Coordinate project photography, videography, and asset collection
