Responsibilities

• Planning and executing events for the creative community
• Managing and analyzing TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram content to understand trends and performance
• Learning video editing with CapCut and other tools to create engaging content
• Conducting market research to inform marketing strategies
• One-on-one coaching and profile reviews for participants with ongoing projects or businesses
• Participating in sessions with guest trainers and industry experts
• Exploring ChatGPT & AI tools for content creation and monetization
• Collaborating in a supportive, creative community
• College students can earn academic credit while gaining real-world experience

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for creating content, messaging, and engaging with stakeholders
• Proficiency in market research to gather and analyze information for marketing strategies
• Ability to assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to support organizational goals
• Passion for community service and commitment to ICzake’s mission
• Self-starter with organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, video editing, or tools like CapCut is a plus
