Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations for multiple clients, primarily on Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
Audit new and existing implementations to identify gaps, technical issues in code or configuration, and recommend feasible solutions
Build measurement frameworks that go beyond sessions and conversions to reflect real business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys
Confidently implement analytics and marketing tags through Tag Management Systems; collaborate with developers, IT, and clients to design fit-for-purpose solutions
Write clear technical documentation for team members, clients, and developers
Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences
Define hypotheses, establish testing methodologies, identify success metrics, and evaluate causal relationships in GEO Test & Learn initiatives
Design experiments to distinguish correlation from incrementality and apply rigorous analytical methods
Collaborate across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to assess how AI-driven experiences influence awareness, behavior, conversion, and loyalty
Use Claude and other AI tools to generate analytical outputs, then translate findings into clear client-ready narratives

Requirements

Advanced analytics implementation expertise involving behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement
Comfort discussing incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts
Ability to work effectively in AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate analysis, structure findings, and produce client-ready outputs
Natural inclination to automate, improve, and simplify workflows; ability to build prompts, workflows, agents, and repeatable systems
Ownership of ambiguous problems, ability to break into actionable steps, and deliver solutions
Strong organizational and project management capabilities and ability to manage workload and deadlines in Wrike
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including translating data findings into executive-ready narratives
Genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their impact on discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement
Strong sense of self; ability to say no, deliver feedback, and present value to clients under pressure
Passion for mentoring teammates and elevating analytics capabilities across the team
Based in the United States and able to work continental US-based hours
Location preference: remote-first with option to sit in HQ in Philadelphia.
