Job Description

Responsibilities

Contractor shall provide the following professional services (the “Services”) on a non-exclusive, independent contractor basis.
Support brand media measurement strategy aligned with marketing OKRs, partnering with Brand Marketing, Data Science, and external agencies
Establish trusted reporting frameworks for key brand metrics including awareness, familiarity, and consideration
Partner with Brand Marketing, Data Science, and agencies on MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution
Deliver weekly, monthly, and marketing performance reviews with actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Write advanced SQL queries and maintain scalable data pipelines to support reporting workflows
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that surface insights across the member and customer journey
Analyze behavioral data using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or comparable platforms across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and others)
Gather stakeholder requirements and improve self-service analytics capabilities
Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike

Requirements

6+ years in marketing, web, or mobile analytics roles
Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large or complex datasets
Expert-level Tableau dashboard development (portfolio presentation encouraged during interview)
Expert proficiency in GA4, Adobe Analytics, or a comparable web analytics platform
Demonstrated experience across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) and marketing attribution or experimentation
Ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences
Expertise with sales analytics, strategy, and performance measurement
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration
High attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset
U.S. citizenship or permanent work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
