Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders on exciting business problems, actively shaping the team's strategic direction and focus
  • Elevate customer personas and segmentation for personalized marketing, deepening our understanding of target audiences
  • Analyze retention and ezRewards Loyalty Program performance, identifying growth opportunities and implementing action plans with cross-functional teams
  • Develop insights through in-depth analysis, models, and reports, uncovering new marketing growth opportunities and informing business performance strategies
  • Lead the evolution of our Marketing team's experimentation process and documentation, fostering a structured framework for innovation
  • Enhance data visualization tools for informed decision-making and empower Marketing teammates
  • Utilize data-driven analyses, A/B tests, and statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights and optimize marketing strategies
  • Share marketing domain expertise, acting as a thought leader and mentor to peers for collaborative growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in marketing or e-commerce
  • Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in statistical modeling (R or Python preferred)
  • Proficiency in marketing attribution methods, return on ad spend, and experimental test design (A/B testing)
  • Familiarity with diverse marketing tactics including optimizing customer retention through strategies such as Email, SMS, Push, SEO/SEM, Direct Mail, and more
  • Knowledge of modern data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or PowerBI, and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar digital analytics platforms
  • Effective communication skills to convey data insights across different audiences
  • Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration ability and adeptness in presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking capability
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
