Job Description

Responsibilities\n

Use SQL to build targeted audiences from Snowflake data for marketing campaigns such as product launches; leverage Marketing Cloud automation studio to pipeline audiences into data extensions.
Conduct basic to advanced analyses of marketing data (CRM, Email, Engagement) to identify optimization opportunities and explain trends and drivers of marketing results.
Define, endorse, and implement end-to-end Marketing metrics & KPIs.
Share analytics across marketing groups and drive adoption of Marketing Analytics efforts.
Research new Marketing technologies and solutions for the marketing technology stack aligned to department goals; evaluate and add new technologies.
Identify and implement streamlined data reporting processes and use analytic models to drive key decisions at leadership level.
Provide mentorship to team and marketing org on standard methodologies for design, implementation, and testing of analytics insights.
Leverage tools like R, Tableau, Python, and SQL to drive efficient analytics.

\nRequirements\n

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or equivalent work experience required
6+ years’ experience in a related field.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Adobe Analytics, JIRA, ADO, Snowflake, and social advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and translating between technical and non-technical functions.
Strong technical skills and ability to analyze information from multiple source systems.
Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau.
Self-starter who can analyze and solve complex problems with little guidance.
Experience communicating marketing, business, and technical requirements to explain goals and solutions.
Effective in a team environment, with strong organizational savvy and collaboration.
Excellent time management and adaptability to changing priorities with attention to detail.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
Constant drive to stay up to date with industry news and developments.

\nPreferred\n

Masters in a related field.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Financial Services / Insurance industry experience.
