Job Summary

Own the data visualization and analytics stack for marketing, turning raw performance into business-ready insights for non-technical partners.

  • Responsibilities: Design and maintain dashboards, wireframes, SAC stories, KPI definitions, and reporting solutions.
  • Analytics: Analyze performance, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy and secure reporting for business users.
  • Collaboration & enablement: Work with data engineers on data warehouse improvements and train users on dashboards and insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Create dashboard wireframes and reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and stories.
  • Analyze marketing performance and identify trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and report quality.
  • Work with data engineers to improve data warehouse performance.
  • Develop KPI definitions, data catalogs, and user documentation.
  • Present insights and explain technical concepts to business users.
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and incident management.
Requirements
