About The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, enhance, and maintain a robust business intelligence platform that supports the company's analytics and reporting needs. The successful candidate will work closely with business and operations teams from initial project scoping through to delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves designing and implementing reporting solutions, creating comprehensive documentation, and performing light application updates to facilitate analytical capabilities.
The key deliverables include developing company-wide dashboards, reports, and custom analysis tools that enable data-driven decision-making. Your work will streamline reporting processes, enable the generation of actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives across marketing, operations, and overall business growth. You will also contribute to industry monitoring efforts, benchmarking performance, and providing insights into market trends, thereby empowering leadership to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Business Analytics, with a focus on strategy, operations, and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and writing complex SQL queries
• Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Pivot, Power View, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Lookups
• Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements, both internal and external
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and validation skills
• Experience with Power BI reporting tools
• Ability to quickly learn and master new data sets and analytical tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Gaming industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets extracted via SQL to generate actionable insights supporting digital initiatives
• Benchmark performance across multiple channels and platforms, providing strategic recommendations for growth
• Evaluate CRM bonus campaign performance and recommend strategies for future campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and prepare reports to keep management informed of market innovations
• Gather and elicit analytical and reporting requirements from stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with business needs
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project requirements and updates
• Attend training sessions and industry conferences to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to facilitate decision-making
• Perform light application updates and documentation to support ongoing analytics initiatives
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation across all reporting outputs
