Drive data‑driven sales reporting and analysis within PCA’s Sales and Marketing Services, including monthly reports and Power BI/CRM data work to support executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly sales reports for sales performance tracking.
  • Assist in sales reassignment, system access security, and updating various system tables that feed PCA directories and CRM system components.
  • Assist in the management of Data Warehouse Web Reporting, PowerBI, and PCA’s CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation of the monthly sales book providing senior management with customer-focused analysis and KPI data.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of the Sales Scorecards quarterly.
  • On an annual basis, assist in data analysis for PCA’s yearly recognition and awards program.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day sales compensation operations, including sales agreement management, new account bonuses, and commission payments.
  • Tabulate and analyze customer data to provide manageable lists for sequential survey waves.
  • Become proficient in using PCA’s CRM and 3rd party survey platforms to extract, analyze and report on large data sets.
  • Utilize 3rd party platform dashboards and data extraction tools to gather survey results and create executive summaries.
  • Assist in platform user management and data set alignment to ensure appropriate access to information and dashboards.
  • Help communicate key findings, success stories, and improvement opportunities through reporting to leadership and plant personnel as necessary.
  • As a member of the Sales and Marketing Services team, be prepared to support various projects as needed.
  • Know and follow company policies, share information to benefit the team, and improve service delivery to customers.
  • Strive to strengthen PCA’s commitments to service by meeting needs, adding value, and keeping promises.

Requirements

  • Education: Equivalent of a Bachelors degree required; Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Economics preferred.
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred; experience in research project management, report development, and large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel Skills; high competence in PowerPoint and Word; willingness to learn new software quickly.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Customer Voice, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, data tabulation/visualization, and clear communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Good listener and effective problem solver.
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team; service and goal oriented.
  • Professional and positive demeanor with strong commitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Customer Voice, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Early adopter of AI tools to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
