Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, email marketing, paid media, events, and CRM systems
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment (ROI)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor key marketing KPIs
- Conduct customer, market, and segmentation analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Support attribution modeling, experimentation, and ongoing performance optimization initiatives
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to assist in marketing planning and executive decision-making
- Define and standardize metrics, reporting processes, and funnel definitions to ensure consistency
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Assist with lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and the marketing-to-sales handoff process
- Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing use of marketing technology tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
- Experience working with marketing and revenue-related data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
