Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Build trust through transparent, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations while maintaining timely, clear communication to sustain client satisfaction.
Drive revenue goals by managing campaign performance and profitability. Own the financial management of assigned accounts, including project scoping, monthly revenue forecasting, budget monitoring, and ensuring campaigns stay within agreed financial targets.
Leverage a strategic mindset to uncover new ways Catalyst can help clients achieve their goals. By understanding their industry and audience, guide them toward a growth marketing approach that aligns with their objectives. Anticipate needs and present solutions that extend beyond the immediate project scope. Drive the evolution from tactical execution to strategic partnership, turning short-term wins into long-term engagements and recurring revenue.
Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables. Translate client objectives, insights, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable Creative Briefs that guide the Delivery team’s creative, strategy, and media work to meet client goals.

5+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment, preferably with B2B and tech clients
Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and deliver revenue-focused marketing solutions
Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting
Residence in Denver, Colorado, is preferred
