Job Summary

Own the administrative workflow that keeps a multi-brand marketing team running, from budgets and invoices to vendor management and event support, while enabling the Manager to push strategic initiatives.

Operations ownership: coordinate budgets, invoices, and month-end accounting support for the Marketing Department.
Vendor and program coordination: manage manufacturer advertising docs, contracts, sponsorships, and community requests.
Campaign execution support: keep calendars, materials, and department projects organized to enable dealerships to execute initiatives.

Job Description

The Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position helps coordinate budgets, vendor relationships, manufacturer advertising programs, and department projects across all Durango Motor Company brands.
You’ll play an important role in keeping the Marketing Department organized, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping our dealerships succeed.
Coordinate administrative and operational activities that keep the Marketing Department organized and running efficiently.
Manage department invoices, budget tracking, manufacturer advertising documentation, and month-end accounting support.
Manage sponsorship and community contribution requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and processing.
Coordinate vendors, radio advertising, contracts, promotional materials, and department resources.
Assist the Marketing Manager and team with department projects and initiatives as needed.
