Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• At YeS! Creative Marketing: our Strategic Marketing Managers are talented marketers and the main point of contact for our clients, and they are very organized in managing project details.
• Additionally, the position is responsible for consulting on strategy while handling the majority of the project management for their clients, reviewing and reporting, managing day-to-day client requests and needs, and other duties that reinforce our philosophy of exceptional client service and relationships
• Manage important client projects through the agency, including implementation after client approval.
• Ensure all marketing activities, including digital ads, SEO, social media, email, website, and print are aligned with the client’s strategy
• Daily and weekly client interaction; lead client calls and in-person meetings
• Use analytical skills to understand client challenges
• Collaborate with our internal web development, SEO and social media teams to produce effective service and deliverables
• Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments
• Educate clients regarding the timing required for execution and stay informed on progress
• Successfully manage multiple clients, projects and competing priorities

• Knowledge and experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress websites, search engine optimization, social media, search marketing, and other digital platforms and tools
