Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding so every new client feels the upgrade from day one
• Manage a growing portfolio of clients, ramping to 50-60 over 12 months
• Run client strategy and deliverables in partnership with our service delivery team
• Manage client communications, including monthly calls and ongoing check-ins
• Handle client escalations calmly, with clear solutions that protect the relationship
• Identify and act on account growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the delivery team on complex client situations

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency-side experience
• A track record of client retention and account expansion
• Strong, clear communication skills
• High tolerance for pressure - you'll manage a high volume of client relationships and handle escalations calmly
• Self-directed - we're a team of 8, so autonomy matters
