Job Description
Responsibilities
- managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, generating leads, and driving sales.
- Day-to-day tasks include acting as a liaison between clients and the company, overseeing project deliverables, enhancing customer satisfaction, and utilizing CRM tools to optimize account performance and growth
Requirements
- Strong skills in Communication and CRM
- Expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Comunications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or similar environment is a plus
