Own the blueprint for marketing tech at the intersection of data and campaigns, shaping how campaigns are built, personalized, and connected across platforms to drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversions.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns using Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data-driven Personalization: Manage audience segmentation, data flows, and campaign logic to tailor content.
  • Automation & Integrations: Support marketing automation workflows, lifecycle journeys, and connect client databases, APIs, and platforms.

Job Description

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns using Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data-driven Personalization: Manage audience segmentation, data flows, and campaign logic to tailor content.
  • Automation & Integrations: Support marketing automation workflows, lifecycle journeys, and connect client databases, APIs, and platforms.
  • Requirements: Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing Tech, or related field
  • Requirements: Strong interest in coding, data systems, and how software powers marketing
  • Requirements: Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Requirements: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Requirements: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Requirements: Basic experience with HTML/CSS (especially for email templates)
  • Requirements: Exposure to JavaScript or Python
  • Requirements: Familiarity with SQL and working with structured data
  • Requirements: Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations (even at a basic level)
  • Requirements: Experience with or interest in CRM/email platforms (Iterable is a big plus)
  • Preferred: Internship or project work involving marketing tech, automation, or databases
  • Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms or web development frameworks
  • Preferred: Personal or academic projects demonstrating coding or technical problem-solving
