Job Summary

Own cross-channel trade marketing programs that engage travel advisors, translating business needs into actionable plans with Sales, Brand, and agencies to boost engagement and bookings.

  • Lead trade media, webinars, and advisor promotions through a team of specialists and key agency partners.
  • Coordinate materials, training, and promotions to ensure on-brand, timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Brand, PR, Digital, and external partners to translate strategy into executable campaigns.

Job Description

Own and coordinate travel advisor engagement programs and trade-marketing initiatives to drive bookings and media impact, aligning cross-functional teams and agencies around brand standards.

  • Trade Media & Programs: Lead day-to-day management of specialists delivering trade media, webinars, and advisor promotions.
  • Campaign Planning: Translate business needs into actionable trade marketing plans with Sales, Brand, PR, Digital, and external agencies.
  • Sales Materials & Promotions: Oversee creation of sales decks, presentations, and marketing materials for advisor engagement and booking growth.
  • Training & Tools: Maintain training content and tools to support travel advisor education and program delivery.
  • Print & Digital Production: Manage production of key materials like brochures and guides, ensuring on-brand, timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Content & Channels Oversight: Ensure trade-facing website and social content are up-to-date and on-brand.
  • Agency & Partner Relations: Coordinate with agency partners and briefs to maintain quality, timelines, and brand alignment.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in integrated marketing, advertising, brand management, or trade/partner marketing within agencies or fast-paced corporate settings.
  • Campaign Management: Proven track record managing integrated campaigns across print, digital, B2B, and B2C channels.
  • Media & Budget Skills: Strong understanding of media planning, creative development, and budget management.
  • Creative Direction: Demonstrated ability to guide asset development and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and executive-level presentation capabilities.
  • Project & Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with tight deadlines and collaborate with Sales, Brand, PR, Digital, and external partners.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing/project management tools.
  • Analytics & Ownership: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ownership mindset for program improvements.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience supporting training programs, sales enablement tools, or advisor/partner engagement initiatives.
  • Industry Experience: Cruise, travel, hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
