Responsibilities

• Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.
• OR May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.
• Develops promotion production plans, budgets and forecasts based on past results, updates same based on new data and monitors results to determine campaign effectiveness.
• Negotiates and purchases advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan.
• Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.
