Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize and code a variety of data effectively and efficiently (data may include: qualitative interview data / transcripts, social media, earned media, investor and analyst coverage reports, press releases).
  • Create comprehensive analytics reports for pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare services, and med tech clients that provide insightful and actionable insights to inform their corporate brand positioning, brand and marketing strategy, and brand activation
  • Manage 1-2 ongoing analytics reports across disease, treatment, or healthcare spaces
  • Present research reports to clients in person or over the phone (note: some clients may be internal clients, i.e. account teams).
  • Learn to delegate tasks and train junior members of the team
  • Help us to ensure we are systematizing our processes and leveraging proprietary tools and software to be as efficient as possible

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
  • Familiarity with social, digital, and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Quid, or Muck Rack.
  • College degree (BA or equivalent), with relevant concentration such as market research, marketing, communications, or social sciences
