Lead property marketing operations and team, driving programs, partnerships, and brand-aligned initiatives for Yaamava' Resort & Casino.

• Own project intake, planning, resourcing, and on-time delivery across brand and partnerships.
• Develops and executes property marketing programs including internal communications, vendor management, and post-initiative evaluations.
• Collaborates with vendors, agencies, and sponsorship partners to fulfill partnership commitments.
• Upholds brand integrity and on-site collateral, ensuring creative content aligns with brand standards through reviews.
• Initiates and tracks creative requests using Workfront/Smartsheet with clear briefs.
• Leads the Property Marketing team, defines department processes, and manages the content calendar.
• Maintains department timelines, schedules, and trains team members on project management tools.
• Coordinates social and digital marketing for consistent brand messaging across channels, including influencer programs.
• Supports marketing initiatives by compiling data and developing organized presentations and plans.
• Makes hiring decisions and designs development plans with succession planning for key roles.
