Job Description

Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day execution of platform strategy across Creamer, Flip, and Creations—translating roadmap priorities into specific project plans, briefs, and cross-functional asks with clear owners, timelines, and deliverables - Develop strategic recommendations for the portfolio by synthesizing competitive intelligence, whitespace analysis, and market trends—bringing recommendations to the Director for refinement and alignment - Manage product lifecycle milestones from development through discontinuation, flagging risks and dependencies proactively - Drive execution of innovation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional inputs and ensuring projects move from concept through launch without losing strategic intent, working within New Product Development (NPD) Team-led timelines and processes - Provide strategic inputs for R&D briefs—including business rationale, competitive context, and consumer insights—to ensure innovation aligns with platform strategy - Drive go-to-market execution for product launches, coordinating across creative, shopper marketing, and commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery - Ensure alignment across pack, positioning, pricing, and promotion for each launch, escalating gaps early - Ensure product positioning and messaging comes to life as strategically intended, tailored to specific customer segments and channels - Own platform toolkits for key calendar touchpoints: positioning, messages, claims, photography guidelines—ensuring they are current, accurate, and actionable for cross-functional teams - Manage availability and accuracy of evergreen brand assets; run quarterly photoshoot logistics including shot lists, briefs, and post-production tracking Requirements - 4+ years of experience in product growth, brand management, or product marketing - 2+ years of experience in CPG or Food & Beverage - Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to inform decisions and the ability to coach others on drawing actionable insight from analysis - Excellent project management skills with a track record of running complex, multi-workstream initiatives on time and on brief - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, building relationships and driving alignment - A self-starter who drives execution with precision while actively developing strategic thinking and point-of-view formation Nice to have Benefits - medical, dental, vision coverage - disability insurance - health savings account - flexible spending accounts - tuition reimbursement - 401k match of 100% on up to 5% of eligible pay - fertility and childcare assistance - 12 weeks of parental leave at full pay after six months of continuous employment - wellness resources including an employee assistance program - fitness discounts - wellness reimbursement - on-site gym access (certain locations) - monthly wellness newsletter - 120 hours of paid time off - 11 holidays - paid volunteer time off compensation - $94,000.00 - $147,950.00 per year - plus bonus - plus equity - plus benefits about_company - Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. - The Company manufactures yogurt, oat milk, and creamers – Chobani yogurt is America's No.1 yogurt brand, made with natural ingredients without artificial preservatives. - In 2023, La Colombe, a leading coffee roaster with a shared commitment to quality, craftsmanship and impact, became part of the Chobani family, adding coffee to our lineup and new opportunities to innovate. - Chobani uses food as a force for good in the world – putting humanity first in everything it does. other[]
