Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Marketing Program Managers, ensuring high performance and alignment to departmental priorities
  • Promote a shared operating model that standardized processes and enhanced cross-team collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement and scalability within MarComms through process mapping, workflow optimization, and centralized intake and prioritization frameworks
  • Guide the team managing high-value, multi-stakeholder integrated marketing initiatives—such as multi-channel, multi-region campaigns, product-specific or thematic initiatives, content development, and large-scale marketing experiences
  • Provide strategic oversight for marketing business operations programs and operational processes
  • Strengthen operational governance, ensuring consistent application of governance standards and efficient stakeholder experience through transparent, scalable processes.
  • Strategic partner to leaders across MarComms and stakeholders across the firm to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or related functions.
  • Experience managing teams—preferably distributed across multiple locations.
  • Strong background in operational governance, workflow systems, and cross-functional program leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred

  • Experience within financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with intake systems, workflow platforms, and marketing operations technology.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in operational metrics and reporting
  • Proven ability in process optimization and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
