Job Summary

Own the admissions marketing funnel end to end, guiding families from initial contact through enrollment while coordinating tours, events, digital and print materials, and stakeholder communications.

  • Brand and audience ownership: engage prospective families, manage leads in a CRM, and orchestrate campus tours and events.
  • Content and channels: design social media, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials to support enrollment.
  • Measurement and collaboration: track monthly metrics, partner with school leadership and faculty, and report ROI on field and digital activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as brand ambassador and first point of contact for prospective families and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Plan and coordinate school tours, open houses, and admissions events.
  • Identify community events to attend as a representative of the school. Plan and execute attendance strategies for an ROI on event attendance.
  • Attend campus events. Network with families and identify potential enrollment and engagement opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads through strategic communications, including phone calls and email campaigns.
  • Maintain a CRM of all leads, inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a welcoming and seamless admissions experience.
  • Plan and execute field marketing and digital marketing initiatives with an overall goal of increasing enrollment and community engagement.
  • Report monthly success metrics.
  • Design and manage website updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field.
  • Connection to Jewish culture, values, and community with knowledge of traditions, holidays, the Jewish community experience, and current events impacting the Jewish community.
  • Project management experience with the ability to set long-term and short-term goals and report progress to leaders.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple leaders and departments across all levels and roles with an emphasis on teamwork and shared responsibilities.
  • Must submit portfolio with samples of email campaigns, collateral, social media content, and recent publications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with public speaking experience.
  • Warm, professional, positive, and proactive work ethic.

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or related roles, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting.
  • We are happy to consider applicants with entry-level experience who are able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in this field and can provide a portfolio of marketing samples.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of website design with experience updating websites.
  • Basic graphic design.
