Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will report to the Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Operations and develop and execute operational plans, organize work to meet business strategies, and evaluate functional results.
  • You will guide, develop, and execute strategic marketing plans that support the Lottery’s mission, brand promise, and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with state regulations and responsible gaming standards.
  • You will oversee brand identity, paid media, digital platforms, retail marketing, and external agency partnerships to drive player engagement and support game launches across all product lines.
  • You will manage marketing staff, budgets, analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM) efforts.
  • Applies Lottery Management Core Values and Expectations in performing daily activities. Ensures conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty. Supports and integrates into their work the Lottery’s commitment to:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of professional experience in marketing with oversight for at least one of the following: brand identity, paid media, digital platforms, or retail marketing. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Eight (8) years of professional experience in marketing with oversight for at least one of the following: brand identity, paid media, digital platforms, or retail marketing. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
